Shipping rates (Australia & New Zealand)
Shipping cost will be at a flat rate of AUD$12 incl.GST within Australia or New Zealand.
Note:
The shipping normal timeframe is 5- 10 business days for AU & 7 – 15 business days for NZ. Your order will be dispatch within 1 – 2 working days. We ship orders from our warehouse between Monday – Friday. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and unexpected delays, customers may experience delivery delays.
Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.
Returns
Health Sharing Group Pty Ltd will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened.
Health Sharing Group Pty Ltd will not accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via our contact us page to discuss the refund. All return requests must email info@vmores.com within 2 weeks of receiving their order. If you have problems with your order or product received, we request that you contact us through our “contact us” page or email to us info@vmores.com.
